Residential Pool Maintenance Plans

Every other week service

Plan is designed for pools that are automated, IE; working pool cleaner. Rate for pools without cleaners would generally be ten dollars per month higher and would include hand vacuuming.

Weekly service

Plan is designed for pools that are automated, IE; working pool cleaner. This plan is basically an extension of the every other week plan above except that we would come on the weeks in between and do a chemical check to ensure the pool has adequate chlorine to fight off algae. This plan was designed to accommodate customers with heavily used pools.

Premium weekly service

Plan is full service every week to include hand vacuuming. Please note: This plan is intended for customers who want the best possible pool care. We will gladly provide such a service however it is clearly not the most cost effective plan given the efficiency of pool cleaners on the market today.

  • All service plans include everything necessary to maintain your pool. Pool owner
responsibilities would include keeping the pool filled with water and ensuring the
pool water is being circulated every day. The only additional costs would be occasional
filter cleans. Arrangements could be made for bi-annual filter cleans to be included
    in the service plan.

Commercial Pool Maintenance Plans

commercial pool picThe cost of commercial pool service can vary greatly. Community pools and spas such as those you might find at an apartment complex could be bid. Preparation of bids on pools and spas that you would find at athletic clubs, public pools, YMCA's and the like would require a few weeks to become familiar with the specific demands on the pools/spas. During this time we would charge a nominal fee for service. After seeing what the specific needs would be, we would then calculate a competitive bid. Factors affecting the service fee would be size of pools/spas, usage of pools/spas, number of weekly vacuums desired, and accessibility to the pools/spas and equipment. Other factors that may affect the service fee would be working atmosphere and restrictions placed on pool service.
